CPU Heatsinking Box
Development of high-performance low profile and tower air-cooled heat sinks, and self-contained liquid cooled modules used for high powered CPUs
Preliminary design and sizing of heat pipe heat sinks, cold plates, and liquid-to-air heat exchangers through the use of simplified CFD modeling, empirical correlations, and utilizing NTU Methodology
Source and partner with key heat sink and liquid cooling suppliers to develop and finalize thermal design and reliability test parameters
